Insurance
The following office policy is based on the fact that your insurance involves a legal contract between you and  your insurance company or union.  The orthodontist is not a part of this legal contract.  All arrangements concerning your benefits are between you and your insurance company or union.

Although we do not accept direct payments from your insurance company, we will be happy to supply, upon request from you, the initial information necessary for you to submit your claim form directly to your insurance company.
